Our mission

The Sentinel Flow was founded in Alberta, Canada, to help U.S. importers recover customs duty they overpaid. We give importers, brokers, and CFOs one workspace that reviews every entry line, tracks every statute clock, and shows the evidence behind each finding — so capital that belongs to the business comes back to the business.

The problem

The 2026 Tariff Pivot — driven by Section 122 surcharges, Section 301 carve-outs, and the SCOTUS-mandated IEEPA refund window — left billions of dollars in unclaimed refunds sitting on entry summaries. Most importers don't have the tooling, the broker bandwidth, or the statute-of-limitations discipline to recover what's theirs before the liquidation window closes.

Sentinel automates the classification, the CAPE filing, and the audit trail — and surfaces sourcing arbitrage before it disappears from the market.
