Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 24-hour grace window

First-time activations of Guardian Starter ($49/mo) and Sentinel Pro ($199/mo) are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of the initial charge, provided the user has not initiated a recovery workflow or generated a CAPE evidence package.

2. Subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable

After the 24-hour grace window, monthly subscription fees ($49 / $199) are generally non-refundable. Subscriptions provide immediate access to proprietary intelligence systems, including Sentinel Cortex, the May 2026 CIT recovery logic, and the live arbitrage feed.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the Manage Billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

4. Recovery contingencies survive cancellation

Cancellation of a subscription does not void contingency obligations for recovery claims initiated during an active subscription period. The 15% success fee remains payable on any recovery that settles after cancellation, in accordance with the Success-Fee Agreement.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@thesentinelflow.com from the email on your account with your workspace name and invoice number within the 24-hour window. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most disputes are resolved within one business day.
